In preparation for race season, I wanted to focus on increasing my strength + endurance tailored for triathlons. After sharing my goals with Lily, she was able to develop a customized 8-week program that was easy to follow, challenging and flexible enough to work with my half-ironman training plan. Lily can provide individualized programming specifically written with your goals in mind - supplemental exercise, sport specific, weight loss, power/olympic lifting, post injury/surgical rehabilitation, general fitness, etc. Lily has experience working with a variety of clients ranging from Ironman athletes to firefighters looking to improve their PT test times to new-moms looking to return to exercise.

Workouts will be written using only the equipment you have available at home or at your chosen gym and will include all components necessary for you to meet your desired level of fitness while remaining injury free!

This is a great option for those on a budget but still looking for a personalized program. Scheduling periodic “check-in” one-on-one sessions to stay accountable and on-task is a great way to meet your goals without the expense of more frequent personal training sessions AND make sure your movement quality is safe & effective.
