PERSONAL TRAINING-
Lily’s years of expertise and passion for physical wellness are highlighted in her tailored training sessions. She has worked with a wide range of clients and helped many people both young and old reach their full fitness potential. Individualized programs and instruction incorporate cardiovascular, strength, coordination and balance training. Lily holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy and uses her knowledge and experience to optimize each session.
Sessions with Lily promote body awareness and motor control that can be taken outside the gym to prevent injury (think learning how to properly deadlift so you don’t strain your back picking up your grandson). Above all else, workouts are intended to be productive not destructive.
Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation, sport/event specific training or general fitness - Lily’s tailored to you programming delivered in individual or small group training sessions could be the answer!
THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE-
As a licensed physical therapist, Lily works with clients who have been discharged from therapy after reaching their daily function goals but are still “working their way back” to their sports & hobbies.
This usually takes place over the course of 3 to 5 sessions and always includes “homework” exercises to be done to accelerate the rehabilitation process. She also works with clients to maintain their level of fitness during an injury rehab/surgical repair process through modification of movement and creative programming.
